From Last Post:
“Books I am (or should be) reading:
The Last Days of Socrates – DONE!
Early History of Rome – Working on it
The Last Battle – DONE!
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader – haven’t started
Treasures in the Snow – DONE!
The design and origin of birds – working on it!
The Confessions – slowly…it’s a thought inducing book = have to read it slow
Rakkety Tam – DONE!
Information about:
vaccines – DONE!
rabbit genetics – mostly done
facebook – DONE!
(all three of these are for speeches I must write)
Books I want to re-read:
G. A. Henty’s – YES! Two books down! (Beric the Britain (my favorite) and The Dragon and the Raven) currently reading: St. Bartholome’s Eve
These Happy Golden Years – haven’t started
The birds our teachers – haven’t started
C.S. Lewis’s more *thoughtful* books – haven’t started”
In addition…
I just finished reading a few books about faires and am reading The Best Things in Life
which argues in a Socrateian way about various moral issues. Both subjects are very
thought provoking.
There, I’m not *too* much of a slacker when it comes to reading!
More updates in my fascinating life are that:
I’m getting organized!
Because I kept having to re-take tests because I lost the papers for the tests, my gifted me with an organizer!
I don’t have a pic but it’s pink with flowery designs and perty! ^ ^ it almost makes me
want to do tests now!
I also got Justin Morgan’s Horse - Breyer Model:
http://www.breyerhorses.com/products/product.php?item=1257
I’ve been looking for this model for years. I have rather an obessesion with Morgan
Horses, and it’s such a beautiful mold!
Normally, the ”toy” ;) would have cost $50 but I got him for $20. *feels great at getting
a good deal*
I feel extermely spoiled now.
And because I’m feeling genereous *looks modestly at ground* I’m going to put a second addition of oddities here:
1) I get songs stuck in my head from random movies, conversations, previews, etc and
although I can’t remember the context they’re from. I hum the songs till people go insane.
2) I’ll spend hours re-arranging my room before realizing that I’ve only just moved three items to different
places all over the room.
3) I love peanut butter and pickle sandwhiches. I love most foods combined.
4) I’ve always thought it would be awesome to have an herb garden
5) I’ve always wanted a hedgehog and a chameleon
6) I can’t spell the word chameleon
7) I get exteremly upset if I get an A-. (I personally don’t see anything odd about this but
others have commented)
Well…that’s all for now, as I have remembered all I have to do. :P Hope you’ve gotten a
refreshing nap from this post!
ttyl!

I don’t find anything strange about feeling sad if I get an A-..
it has happened.
How are you doing, by the way?
I’d feel upset if I got an A-. All I would look at is the – part!
